About My Higher Education Institute and the Training Program....

My higher education institute is the Java Institute.And I'm studying at the Colombo branch.

The vision of the institute is : 

"Become the National Leader in Research Based Higher Education".

The mission of the institute is:

"The Java Institute for Advanced Technology zealously engages in discovering new knowledge, utilising existing knowledge, and disseminating this knowledge in order to usher an innovative new era for the nation and the entire global society by empowering and nurturing its students intellectually, physically, emotionally, and socially at the Java Institute and its community through a viable research-based education to produce skilled professionals and intellects who will vehemently make the world a better place for all mankind while achieving sustainable global development." About My training Program:  I'm doing software engineering at Java institute.There are 3 main steps in the training program.  They are,           1)Diploma           2)Higher Diploma           3)Graduate Diploma  The duration of the training program is 3 years.  Computing is changing our world,the way we live.So Bsc(Hons) Computer science examines the principles and technologies underpinning the systems that are driving this change.In this degree,institute has 2 main aims. They are,                 1)Provide us with a good understanding of the theory,principles and technologies of computer science.                 2)Equip us with the skills to apply this knowledge and theory to a range of practical challenges. This is one of the reasons that i choosed Java Institute as my higher education institute.

My name is M.A.Athulsha Dulaj Shavinda. I was born in 15th of September , 1995. I am a Buddhist. My nationality is Sinhala. I studied at Dharmapala Vidyalaya Pannipitiya.If u want to know about my siblings, I have a sister who is younger than me by 2 years. My mom is a housewife. She doesn't do any job. My father is a businessman. I studied at Dharmapala Vidyalaya Pannipitiya since grade 1 to grade 13. I live in Pannipitiya,Colombo,Sri Lanka.Now  I am doing higher studies at Java Institute. Gaming and listening to musics are my hobbies. And there are lot more. My ambition is to be a software engineer. So i choosed Java Institute for my studies to reach my target.
